  • Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist
    Soaring on Hope Pediatric Therapy Center is an outpatient pediatric facility located in Tulsa, OK. We have a passionate multidisciplinary team that are eager to achieve our mission: make HOPE happen every day! We provide the following services to children from birth to age 19: Applied Behavioral Analysis, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. We are looking for a passionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team! Salary: Commensurate with experience Qualifications: · Master’s degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology, and be licensed in the state of Oklahoma · Current ASHA certification · Desire to be a part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team with the drive to work together to ensure each child reaches his/her maximum potential. · Knowledge of current best practices, scientifically validated methodologies and approaches that are beneficial for children with therapy needs · Pediatric experience preferred Responsibilities: · Perform comprehensive evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress notes · Create and implement individual treatment plans · Follow SOH policies and procedures as well as, maintain best practices, state and federal rules and guidelines, and applicable standards of care · Complete all required documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with department policies · Maintain communication and collaboration with caregivers and other health care providers · Make appropriate recommendations/referrals to specialists as needed · Attend regular team meetings Skills and Abilities: · Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills · Excellent documentation, time-management, and organizational skills; ability to multitask · Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism · Ability to collaborate and support others in a professional and timely manner · Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or related software · Familiarity with EMR and billing systems for therapy services (preferred) · Pediatric experience (preferred) · Experience with Raintree (EMR System), Synology (preferred) · Bilingual (preferred) Environmental Hazards: · Possible exposure to hazardous material, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens. · May be exposed to clients displaying socially undesirable behavior.   • Human Resources Specialist
    Job Description: The Human Resource Specialist will direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruiting, hiring, and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The Human Resources Specialist will work step-by-step under the guidance of our Thrive PEO Human Resources team. The Human Resources Specialist is expected to follow Soaring on Hope’s mission and vision in administering department services and fulfilling employer and employee needs.   • Registered Behavior Technician

Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) will implement the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve communication, social, play and self-help skills with those with Autism. Our therapists are the most important members of our team! The RBT will regularly interact with BCBAs, to ensure treatment plans are being efficiently implemented and effective for treatment progress. Soaring on Hope is a Behavior Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) accredited facility, we are passionate about on providing effective and meaningful services to improve the lives of individuals with Autism, and their families. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using a variety of ABA techniques Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as directed by BCBA. Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior. Job Summary: The PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with motor, sensory, perceptual and/or cognitive impairments affecting functional independence and active participation in daily living. The PRN OT evaluates, plans, and executes the patient's treatment program and is expected to follow Soaring On Hope’s mission and vision, and demonstrate values when administering departmental services and fulfilling patient and family needs. PRN OT Hours vary depending on departmental need. Supervisory Responsibilities: · None. Job Description: Provides skilled treatments to patients as prescribed by the physician and directed by a licensed occupational therapist. Responsible for following departmental procedures and maintaining professional standards. The therapist participates in a variety of professional growth activities intended to develop and improve patient care delivery and departmental performance. The therapist is expected to follow Soaring On Hope’s mission and vision, and demonstrate values when administering departmental services and fulfilling patient and family needs.
