  • Registered Behavior Technician
    We would love for you to be a part of our SOH family! We are searching for individuals that are passionate about serving others, and love making a difference! Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) will implement the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve communication, social, play and self-help skills with those with Autism. Our therapists are the most important members of our team! The RBT will regularly interact with BCBAs, to ensure treatment plans are being efficiently implemented and effective for treatment progress. From the moment you walk in the door, we want you to feel you are a part of our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. Soaring on Hope is a Behavior Health Center of Excellence (BHCOE) accredited facility, we are passionate about on providing effective and meaningful services to improve the lives of individuals with Autism, and their families. Responsibilities and Duties: Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using a variety of ABA techniques Implement behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as directed by BCBA. Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.     Soaring on Hope Pediatric Therapy Center is an outpatient pediatric facility located in Tulsa, OK. We have a passionate multidisciplinary team that are eager to achieve our mission: make HOPE happen every day! We provide the following services to children from birth to age 21: Applied Behavioral Analysis, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. We are looking for a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team! Job Summary: The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is responsible for the assessment, treatment, and management of patients with motor, sensory, perceptual and/or cognitive impairments affecting functional independence and active participation in daily living. The PRN OT evaluates, plans, and executes the patient's treatment program and is expected to follow Soaring On Hope’s mission and vision, and demonstrate values when administering departmental services and fulfilling patient and family needs. Schedule: We have 2 Positions Open. One position is Full-Time and the Other Position Will Start with Part-Time Hours and Will Transition to Full-Time Hours. Monday-Friday, Day Shift, No Nights or Weekends. Pay: Depending on Experience. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Clinical Responsibilities: Implement treatment plan as developed by the licensed occupational therapist. Collaborate with the licensed occupational therapist on an agreed upon frequency to assess and reassess patient’s plan of care, treatment goals and interventions. Document patient progress in daily notes and progress notes, as well as contribute recommendations to the patient’s discharge note from occupational therapy. Attend regular team meetings Assists with guidance for clinical fieldwork students under the supervision of the occupational therapist Report on interventions and patient progress during assigned meetings and contributes to the evaluation process. Collaborate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to update the patient’s plan of care when deemed necessary. Complete timely documentation in accordance with departmental policies, best practices, state and federal rules and guidelines, and applicable standards of care. Job Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist provides daily operational and clerical support for Soaring On Hope (SOH). This position is responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing direction and assistance to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization as well as completing other support tasks relating to operational need. The Front Desk Receptionist is expected to follow and demonstrate Soaring On Hope’s Mission, Vision and Values. Work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Supervisory Responsibilities: · None.
